1.WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF FIND VIRGIN HAIR?       

This hair has to be healthy human hair and it can’t be damaged.  After it has been collected it goes through product process to create the perfect hair.  The hair goes through a very complex process to guarantee quality. We only sell high quality hair and products.

2.HOW LONG WILL THE EXTENSION LAST?         

The hair extensions can beused up to 1year at least with proper care.

3.WHAT LENGTHS OF EXTENSIONS DO YOU OFFER ?     

Findvirgin hair extensions include a wide selection of lengths including 12"-30".

4.CAN I COLOUR OR TONE HAIR EXTENSIONS?         

Our hair extensions are made from 100% human hair. This means they can be treated just like your own natural hair. They can safely be trimmed, curled, straightened, dyed & toned. We recommend a maximum temperature setting of approx. 180c / 350f to avoid damaging your extensions.

5.CAN I USE HEAT OR STYLE ON HAIR EXTENSION?   

Our hair extension can be heated and styled,pls use suitable hair products to protect your hair and hair extensions .

6.CAN I WASH MY HAIR AND BLOW DRY IT ?                                           

Yes , you can wash you hair and get blowouts without ruining your seamless extensions.You can swim, workout, go on vacation, and not have to worry about your extensions coming out.

7.DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE ON YOUR HAIR ?

8.WILL THE TAPE IN DAMAGE MY OWN HAIR ?

This method will not damage your hair. It is 100% natural and there are no chemicals or tools used.Please work with a trained professional experienced in tape in application to ensure that the product will work properly zero damage.

9.WHAT COLOR SHOULD I GET?

For the best color match we advise that you purchase a color ring. Each computer monitor can vary so it is best you have a complete match

SHIPPING&DELIVERY 

1.DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide with verified tracking,DHL &FEDEX is available ,But we cannot be held responsible for orders held in customs.

2.HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail which will include your tracking number and details on where your package can be tracked. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to show. Please contact us at sales@findvirginhair.com ,if you have not received your order after estimated delivery time.

3.CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER ORERING .

Once you've placed an order that we are unable to change it .

4.HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE ?

On average it takes 2-4 days for stock hair and  1 to 2 weeks for customized orders.  orders are shipped Monday-Friday out of our warehouse. Please make sure your billing and shipping information are 100% correct and match the card you wish to use. No orders are shipped on weekends ,All shipments include real-time tracking so that you always know where your shipment is at during all times. 

5.HOW WILL YOU DO IF PACKAGE ARE LOSTS?

We add  shipping insurance on all orders.  If a package is lost in transit, or stolen a claim can be filed with Route and they will replace the product. If Route was not purchase on the original order, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items as well as addresses that are incorrect. You will have to file a claim with the carrier. It is important you verify all information before placing your order.
